I was a junior in highschool. I spent my days dancing dancing dancing! I had practice at 6:30am through first period and then again later in the day for a modern class, and then again after school! I hung out with my three stooges Adam, Blaine and Chad. I think 10 years ago at this same time I was searching for the perfect prom dress!

5 Things On My To Do List Today...

1- Finish the laundry

2- Go grocery shopping (its been like 2 1/2 weeks!)

3- Head to Toys R Us to get my Zachy Packy tickle pickle a birthday gift! He is turning 5 on Wed!

4- Some how figure out how to make a batman cake.

5- Come up with a funny April fools gag for young womens tomorrow!

If I were a billionaire:

I would pay off our house, pay off the car, install a fence, buy a playground, buy huge trees for our yard, invest, convince my sister to move back to Utah & buy her a house, pay off my parents house. I think it would be cool to do something like they do on Oprah's Big Give!

3 Bad Habits...

1- Sometimes when I ask Travis to do something I say, "Do you want to change Bailey's diaper." instead of "Will you..." It drives both of us crazy!

2- I love to eat late at night right before I go to sleep!

3- Leaving the clean laundry in piles unfolded for days on end!

5 Places I've Lived...

Provo, American Fork, Rexburg, ID, Logan, Pleasant Grove, Lehi.

5 Jobs I've had...

1- Piano teacher

2- CSR (customer service rep) at Pizza Hut

3- DeseretBook

Sorry...thats all folks!

Things Most People Don't Know About Me...

It takes me forever to make friends and feel comfortable around people. Every time we move I feel like it is at least 6 months to a year before I feel close to anyone.

I love to do projects. This can be a problem because most of the projects I enjoy tend to be the manly, husband type of jobs. I try not to take over when Travis is doing something, but sometimes I just can't help it!

I love to be alone! I love to just sit and think, or read!

(Wow...after reading that I sound like a self imposed loner!)

I tag Rachel S. - Leslie B.- and Andy P.

take me out to the ball game...

On Monday we went to lunch at Goodwood BBQ and then went to a BYU baseball game. The weather was perfect! The kids only made it through 4 innings, but it was still a great game! They were playing Oregon State who I am told is the current National Champs. It was great to get there early and watch them smooth out the dirt! Go BYU!

easter sunday...

Sunday was stake conference for us. After church we had a bunch of family over for dinner. My mom, dad, and sister Jenny, Travis' brother and family, and Travis' four cousins: Carly, Trent, Gavin, and Weston. I was amazed that we were still able to fit everyone at our table! It was great to spend time with family!

easter eggs...

Travis' brother's family was in town over the weekend. It was so fun to have all of the cousins together. Saturday we ate at Wingers (can I just say I love the sticky fingers meal!) and then colored easter eggs!

a little good reading...

Last night as we were getting the kids ready for bed I walked around the corner and something caught my eye. It was Zach sitting on the toilet reading his scriptures. I was even able to take the pictures before he noticed me! He says he reads them in his mind! What a cutie!

addicted...

I am officially addicted!! 3/4 of the way through last season Travis and I started watching LOST. Well...a few days ago I decided to catch up on the 1st season and the portion of last season that we missed. I have been watching them on line. I can't stop! I love it, I love it, I looooove it!!!

st. patricks day...

We had a fun celebrating St. Patrick's Day. We dressed in green, ate green french toast, and set our treasure box out for the leprechauns to fill! My sister Rach sent us the cutest story about setting out a treasure box in the moon light and the leprechauns will come and fill it up, but they don't leave it where you can find it. They hide it! To help they leave a little trail of green to the hiding spot. The kids got a kick out of painting the box she sent and picking a spot where the moon light would be just right!

sick...

Sorry for the drop off in posting this week. I have been drop dead sick for about a week! I haven't been that sick in my life! I am finally feeling better and promise to post more frequently once my house is in order! It seems like everything backs up when mom gets sick! Oh well, I'm back!

finger pits...?

Today after lunch Noah was washing his hands off with the dish rag. The remark was something like this:

Noah: "I better not for get to wipe my finger pits!"
Me: "What is a finger pit?"
Noah: "This..."

He points to his hand to show me. I got a really good laugh out of that. I have never heard of a finger pit before, but it makes sense!

bailey loves MaryKate...

This afternoon Bailey kept repeating the same story over and over. So I tried to capture it on video. It was about Eva and MaryKate. Bailey loves my YW Secretary MaryKate! And I mean loves her!! She will run to her the moment she sees her and begs to sit with her during church. Every time we pass MaryKates house she screams, "There is MaryKates house!" She used to not be able to say her name right so she called her "Pancake" and then it changed to "MaryCake." So this little story is for her and her daughter Eva. Or should I say Queen MaryKate and Princess Eva!

another year older...

I had a great birthday! On Saturday Travis' cousin babysat so that we could go out to dinner and a movie. We saw "27 Dresses" and ate at Good Wood BBQ. It was so fun to be out together. On Sunday the kids and Travis brought me breakfast in bed and presented the cards that they had made. Later on in the evening we went to my mom and dads house. They made me my favorite dinner of Turkey, baked potatoes, veggies, and my mom's potato rolls. They also made the cake. Yummo! My sister Rach sent me flowers which was a really neat suprise, my parents got me some supplies to go into the 72 hour kits I am working on, and Trav bought me the "Love Comes Softly" Hallmark series! What a great day!

the many faces of me...
