We had a fun celebrating St. Patrick's Day. We dressed in green, ate green french toast, and set our treasure box out for the leprechauns to fill! My sister Rach sent us the cutest story about setting out a treasure box in the moon light and the leprechauns will come and fill it up, but they don't leave it where you can find it. They hide it! To help they leave a little trail of green to the hiding spot. The kids got a kick out of painting the box she sent and picking a spot where the moon light would be just right!

Cute idea, and CUTE pictures! You should send the story your sister sent you along...it sounds like a fun idea!
I am so glad the kids had fun! I want to make it a tradition each year! Somehow the green french toast doesn't look as appetizing, but fun none the less.
What a good mom! You are so creative, maybe next year I'll get my act together for the holidays!
