Okay I am ready for the freeze to come and kill all the flies! I am up in my bedroom where most flies don't quite make it. All except for this ONE. Oh doesn't he know that if he just left me alone he would live so much longer. Go buzz around in one of the kids rooms, go buzz in the loft, but NO he insists in circling my head! Watch out little stupid fly...your life just got a little shorter!

I especially love our hover flies here in farming community USA. They just hover around in the air and never land so it's almost impossible to hit/kill them!
heather smith in the ward here. sorry - i was a stalker. but i had to come out and join the fight against flies. I always tell my family that I'll give a kiss to anyone who kills the flies. I guess that isn't incentive enough because I am always the one to get them. I killed 2 today and was so proud of myself.

Personally, I like the flies because it is built in entertainment to watch my silly husband (while holding the baby!) jump up with a fly swatter to kill the little suckers on the ceiling! Brady will laugh hilariously, the flies die, and all is well in the Pett household.
I was killing one the other day and Tyler said "WHOA mom!" I guess I was using a little too much force! I agree with you . . . I HATE them!
It's the only reason I'm looking forward to the cold weather!
