nothin new to say...

Well folks...not a whole lot happening around here! January and February are kinda like that for me...BLAH!! Not a whole lot to take pictures of...nothing much to celebrate...it's cold and gray...

On the up side I was able to spend this last weekend kid free and with friends! We rented a condo for a few days and spent the whole time eating, eating, talking, sleeping, eating, gaming, laughing, bowling, hot tubing, eating, shopping, movie watching, and eating some more! It is great to have friends!

It's also great to have a husband who is willing to spend a crazy weekend with all 4 kiddos so that I can have a break! I don't think he even hesitated when I asked him about this trip! He is so wonderful and supportive...I am one lucky girl! I remember when I first got married I thought that all husbands were like Travis....the older I have gotten I have learned that this is not so. So I am very thankful to have such a thoughtful, giving husband who considers my feelings and needs above his own!

I am 14 1/2 weeks along now! That just seems crazy to me! I have a feeling that August will be here in the blink of an eye! I have been feeling okay...I still have many evenings where I feel lousy, but it is manageable. I crave EVERYTHING! Just driving past Cafe Rio can make me emotional! Seriously it's true! ; ) Even with all the cravings...and giving into those cravings I have only gained 3 pounds so far! Not to shabby! I am SO excited to find out what we are having. That will probably happen mid April! I am getting to the point where I will be moving into maternity clothes soon. My pants won't button any more and I am using the good ol' rubber band trick to keep everything together! After 4 other pregnancies it's like my body said, "Oh we are pregnant again...okay we know how to do that..." and I just bloated right up! So it will be nice to actually LOOK pregnant and not just fluffy!

Well...nothing else to say...just a little this and that!

You're funny. Every time I ask my Dr. "Is this normal?" he says, "Sally, this is your 5th child and you're 38!" So I guess that explains everything!

Congratulations on your pregnancy! I'm excited to hear about what you're having as well. I totally know what you mean about your body knowing how to be pregnant. I remember when I became pregnant with Bruce my hips changed almost immediately, that is what made me start wondering if I was growing a baby!
