Oh my word...what a week it has been! 2 weeks ago our buyers told us that they were ready to close earlier than planned. So I spent all last week packing up our home and moving into our rental. Saturday was spent moving the big stuff and then on Monday we closed and some friends and my sister helped me finish cleaning the house. Monday night we gathered as a family in our home one last time for FHE. Oh boy! What a tear jerker of a moment if there ever was one. Noah was a mess. I think he really understands what moving means and all the sacrifice and change that it will mean. Zach kept looking at Noah and then got worked up as well. Bailey got sad and poor Max didn't know what to think. It was hard to leave. It really feels like a chapter in our lives has closed and a new one is beginning. That is both bitter and sweet! So to cheer up we got ice cream and drove out to look at our lot! Everything is better with ice cream!
Blah blah...I could seriously cry right now so I am going to change the subject...

I know how emotional it can be. It sounds like focusing on the new home was just the right move to make! Ice cream never hurts!
