The more Noah learns about the world around him the funnier he gets! Here are a few funny conversations:
Travis was watching a game and in the middle shouted, "Now this is a playoff game baby!"
To which Noah matter of factly stated, "Why do I care! I don't even know what that means!"
I was making lunch last week and was dancing around and acting kinda silly. Noah thinks silly and weird mean the same thing.
Noah:"Mom you are weird!"
Me:"Everybody is weird sometimes. Mommy is weird sometimes, Daddy is weird sometimes..."
Noah cuts me off and says:"No way! Daddy is weird all the time!!"

That's the Noah I know and love! Ever observant, and always stating the way it really is!
I just that read to Austin and he agrees with Noah; Travis is weird all the time.
Oh Travis is a sweetheart and it is okay to be weird too!
Laugh, giggle, and chuckle--that's what makes life colorful!
Noah used to think that being "a "silly dad" was cool. However, I have a feeling that the coolness factor will continue to ware off as the kids grow older ;)
I can already imagine me taking Noah and his best friend to a basketball game when he is a teenager. After a good play, I will respond with great enthusiasm by yelling, "Whoomp there it is!" and then commence to the the Bankhead bounce. (see the wikipedia definition: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bankhead_Bounce
At that point, Noah will no longer allow me to hang out with him and his friends....
Atleast I will KNOW that I am cool :)
Here is an instructional video on how to do the bankhead bounce.

Man this guy is cool!
We all have a little weirdness in us. My Noah goes along for now, but he may think that I get weirder as he gets older. I know that my parents did and now I act exactly like they do. That's the way it goes. :)
